Traditional agricultural greenhouse coverings are usually plastic films such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) greenhouse film, polyethylene (PE) greenhouse film, or plastic cloth. The specific gravity of PVC greenhouse film is relatively high, and it is easy to harden and catalyze at low temperatures, while it is easy to soften and relax at high temperatures. The service life of this plastic film is very short, usually 4-6 months; In order to extend the service life of the greenhouse film, additives such as anti-aging agent are usually added, but even if anti-aging agent is added, the effective service life is only 8-10 months; And due to the generation of chlorine gas, the residual film cannot be burned, which can easily cause soil and environmental pollution. To weave a smooth fabric, the warp and weft tension must be balanced. This sentence is easy to say, but it is actually difficult to do, and no one or device can achieve absolute balance of warp and weft tension. Therefore, it can only be said that in order to weave a fabric more smoothly, the warp and weft tension must be more balanced. Of course, some people demand that the woven fabric be woven flat, including even warp and weft gaps, without folding or twisting flat threads, etc. Let's talk about how to adjust the tension balance of warp and weft threads in woven bags. The following methods are only preliminary adjustment methods and means, and more detailed methods and means will be discussed in each specific fabric deficiency in the following text.

1. The adjustment of warp tension mainly includes the warp frame, the guide holes through which the flat yarn passes, the warp feed roller, and the jump bar. The warp frame is the source of uneven warp tension, and this cannot be ignored. Especially the rotational resistance torque of the tray shaft of each yarn spindle in the warp frame directly affects the source of warp tension. Also, pay attention to whether there are flat wires wrapped around the shaft that increase the rotational resistance torque, and whether there are wrapped wires that cause uneven rotational resistance torque. The resistance of the flat wire passing through each guide wire hole should be equal, which requires that the angle, length, etc. of each flat wire passing through all guide wire holes should be designed to be as balanced and equal as possible when threading. Cross winding of warp threads is not allowed. Jumping rod adjustment is the most important. Firstly, each jumping rod should rotate flexibly and not be stuck by dust and grease. Several or more jumping rods should rotate together. If necessary, it is recommended to use isolation rings to separate each jumping rod in order to increase mobility. The tension spring of the jump bar must be effective, with appropriate tension. It is recommended to clean, inspect, and install the jump bar and jump bar tension spring again. Correctly determine the tension and tightness of each warp thread, and then adjust the tension of the jump bar tension spring at any time to obtain the appropriate tension for each flat thread.

2. The adjustment of weft tension is greatly influenced by the size of the shaft wire, and the adjustment of weft tension mainly involves adjusting the tension of the tension brush tension spring, which is indeed difficult to adjust evenly.
