Dezhirun New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2022 with Guangxi Huasu Group Co., Ltd. as the investor, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is mainly engaged in the production of plastic woven bags, flexible container bags, hollow blow molded drums and other packaging enterprises, located in Xifeng County, Guiyang City.

The total investment of the project is 160 million yuan, with a first phase investment of 100 million yuan. It will be put into production in February 2023 and currently has over 50000 square meters of standard factory buildings, including 5000 square meters of 100000 level dust-free purification production workshop, 12000 square meters of new energy material packaging production large clean workshop, 30000 square meters of ordinary standard factory buildings, and 3000 square meters of office and apartment buildings.

At present, we have 2 advanced "Hengli" high-speed wire drawing production lines, 1 "Yongming" high-speed wire drawing production line, 120 "Yanfeng" intelligent direct drive magnetic levitation circular weaving machines, 3 sets of inner film units, 2 sets of gravure 8-color printing machines, 3 sets of 8-color printing machines, 1 set of coating production line, 2 "Youte" fully automatic high-end coating production lines, 10 two-layer co extrusion blown film machines, 10 automatic cutting production equipment, 2 automatic film cutting equipment, and 4 "automatic film covering and ring cutting" equipment in Beixing. We also have 2 flexible container bag production lines, 200 high-end automatic and semi-automatic container bag sewing equipment, and a flexible container bag automatic cutting and printing integrated machine. 2 sets of "Xingbeier B25D-750" fully automatic hollow blow molding barrel production lines, 3 sets of "Haitian 570SE" and "470SE" injection molding machines. There are 150 square meters of advanced laboratories, and the experimental equipment includes: plastic woven bag tensile testing machine, anti-aging test box, container bag tensile testing machine, container bag type testing machine, air tightness testing machine, hydraulic testing machine, drop testing machine, high temperature stacking testing machine, high and low temperature pretreatment box. The existing equipment is at the leading level in China.

At present, the annual production of internal mucosal bags, internal coating bags, color printed bags, food grade plastic woven bags, and other products is 80 million pieces; 1 million high-end container bags for new energy materials, 500000 food grade container bags, 1 million ordinary container bags for chemical industries, and 3 million hollow blow molded food grade purification stacking buckets. It is a supporting production enterprise of Guizhou Phosphate Group, and the main supplier of packaging products such as plastic woven bags, flexible container bags, and hollow blow molded clean buckets.

Dezhirun New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ISO 14000:2015 environmental management system certification, ISO 45001:2018 occupational health management system certification, and ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system certification. It is one of the main suppliers of packaging products, such as packaging bags, flexible container bags, packaging barrels, etc. of large enterprises, such as National Energy Investment Group, middling coal Group, COFCO, China Resources Cement, China Building Materials, Taini, Yihai Kerry, Cargill, ADM, Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group, Yuntianhua, etc.
